How to contact our Advice Service
If you are in need of help and advice, you can call us on 020 3839 9002 – our lines are open between 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm, Tuesdays to Thursdays
If you need to contact us outside these times, still do call and leave a message – your call is important to us. We aim to respond to all calls within 48 hours.

A Quick Note for Referrers
If you are a local front line organisation and want to refer your client for urgent advice, you can do by using this link.
Do also drop us an email if you are new to our service, especially if you want to know some more about the kind of help we provide. If so, do get in touch with us by email at advice@firstlovefoundation.org.uk so we can invite you along to our next information event.

Volunteering
We are currently undertaking a review of our volunteering scheme as we work to develop a range of interesting opportunities in our legal advice service as well as the following areas i.e. research, data, administration, bid writing, design, social media and fundraising.
Interested? Do register your interest at volunteering@firstlovefoundation.org.uk so we can add you to our mailing list. That way, you can ensure you are first to know when our volunteer scheme reopens.
Fundraising
