We have been tackling poverty across east London since 2010, using our pioneering wraparound support model to transform households in need of help at a critical time.

If you are experiencing problems relating to benefit payments, rent arrears, debt – or need help to apply for Universal Credit, or other health related benefits and or appealing incorrect benefit decisions, we can help.

In need of help?

You can call us on 020 3839 9002 between 10am and 4pm, Tuesday to Thursday for an appointment to speak to an advisor. Please note, lines are closed between 1 and 2pm.

If you call outside these hours, just leave a voicemail with your contact details and we will call you back within 48 hours.
